Our client is one of the largest Chinese fast-food restaurant groups and is now looking for a talented Chinese Sous Chef to join their team.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Executive Chef in overseeing the product development of the culinary team. You will also be responsible to ensure HACCP policies and procedures are administered, planning, and directing of food preparation in the kitchen. This will also involve a large degree in supervising other staff members and provide proper assistance and training within your team.

Minimum 10 years experience in Culinary/ Kitchen field is a must. Requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experienced working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are to be fluent in Cantonese/ Mandarin and currently applicable for HK residents only.
