Service Desk Team Lead - Permanent Position - North Dublin
This global organisation is seeking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Team Lead for a permanent position. The main purpose of this role will be managing the overall desk activities and reporting on service desk elements.
Reporting to the Operations Line Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Manage the overall desk activities
* Management of the overall performance of the Service Desk
* Management of Service Desk team workloads, via incident management suite.
* Ensuring all contractual KPI's and SLA are met on a daily basis
* Reporting of areas where more resources may be required to meet targets
* Active reporting of current workloads
* Updating of monthly Operational reports from Service Desk perspective
* Implementing continuous Service improvement and continuing customer satisfaction
* Occasional off site customer service reviews
* Performance management of team, including performance reviews
* Act as a point of hierarchical escalation for the service desk issues
* Generating daily, weekly and monthly service desk performance reports
* Scheduling and management of service desk rota
* Take on a wider customer service role
* Take overall responsibility for incident management and request fulfilment on the Service
To be considered for this role you must have prior experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrable
