We are looking for a Senior Accountant (m/f) - 238394/9

• Ensure consistency and timeliness of accounting information and reporting


• Review, analyse and correct the monthly reports prepared by the local managing agents


• Preparation of quarterly management accounts in line with the Group's reporting timetables


• Quarterly preparation and review of Gross Profit Schedules with asset managers


• Assist in the preparation of gross profit budget and variance analysis at property level in order to assess the contribution of each property to the Group's profitability


• Gain an understanding of the differences in local accounting GAAP and IFRS accounting requirements


• Understand the requirements of the property asset managers and assist them in the commercial decision making process by providing accurate and relevant financial information


• Build up a knowledge hub with regards to several property related accounting and tax issues


• Preparation of schedules for the calculation of German Vat recovery rates
