Excellent job opportunity for a qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or exceptional finalist level candidate with excellent Management Accounting experience and analytical skills to join this technology business, based in the North Hampshire area.
Main responsibilities
Lead in the delivery of actual, budgets and forecasts processes for a specific business model
Have full P&L responsibility by Business Model, reviewed monthly /quarterly and YTD.
Reconcile month end results, provide commentary and recommendations.
Analysis across the business unit to drive cost efficiencies and revenue generation
Interpreting results into plans to improve future results
Identifying any controls issues and driving improvements to close any gaps
Essential Experience
ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified or Finalist about to qualify
Prior experience of working for a high-tech company
Experience of operating in a complex international business
Operational support experience particularly in a Sales led environment
Considerable experience of the annual reporting and planning cycles, financial controls and systems
Key Skills
Excellent planning and forecasting skills
Excellent understanding of finance systems (SAP, Oracle) and use of Excel
Ability to influence, challenge and support and liaise with both financial and non financial managers
Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
Versatile communication style, ability to presentation data to all levels in the organisation making it relevant and suitable the audience
