This Government funded department is the one of the largest education providers in North Queensland. They are acknowledged as a flexible employer, with employee benefit schemes to ensure they provide an accommodating and rewarding workplace.



An opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor has become available to take on a 6 month contract. You will play an important role in this business as a human resources generalist, providing support to the greater organisation in the areas of workforce panning, job evaluation, recruitment and the provision of advice on HR policies and procedures.



We are seeking a degree qualified HR professional with generalist experience. Ideally, you will have worked in a large complex organisation previously and experience using a HRMIS.

You will have skills in policy interpretation and experience in providing advice on workforce planning processes, position description development and recruitment activities.



This is a 6 month contract finishing in December with attractive working hours. The annual salary equivalent will be approximately $68K + 9.5% super.
