A rare position has become available for an MRICS Building Surveyor / PM to join a one of the largest residential Landlords, working on a brand new high end residential portfolio in a prime / super prime London post code.



The Landlord



Established over 100 years ago; this is one of the largest residential Landlords in the UK, which specialises in the higher end valued stock, ranging between £800 - £2,000 p/sq.ft across sub to super prime London post-codes with a portfolio currently worth over £1bn.



The Role



Working in the Building Surveying / Project Management department, you will report to the Head of department in a small and close knit team, delivering residential refurbishment projects and providing internal technical structural / building advice to the other departments. Liaising with internal property managers, asset & fund managers, you will work together to minimise costs and risks to the business whilst continually striving for value optimisation. You will be involved in the procurement and management of around 10 different contractors as they undertake a varied programme of refurbishment works including loft conversions and basement excavations and renovations.



The Candidate



The successful candidate will be an MRICS Building Surveyor / Project Manager with around 2 years PQE, with experience in the high end residential or residential property sector. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of varied Building Surveying experience, with an emphasis on contract administration / refurbishment projects of up to £3m. It's desirable for you to offer strong CAD ability and all round IT skills, Health & Safety awareness and training in Asbestos.
