Supply Chain Business Operations Analyst

This role resides within Enterprise Group Americas Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment and will support various internal supply chain teams as well as sales operations. The position is a combination of problem solving, tactical operational activities, and cross functional collaboration. Daily functions will require heavy use of SAP (ERP system).

The Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking (ESSN) Supply Chain & Procurement organizations are counted as some of the largest in the world in terms of revenue, network, and spend. These groups balance volume and complexity across HP owned, and partner factories and suppliers, to bring advanced technology solutions such as servers, storage and networking together into one HP Converged Infrastructure. From traditional data centers and applications to the Cloud to new data center models such as the HP EcoPod, HP provides technology solutions and services that help customers solve their most challenging IT problems.



Key Responsibilities


  • Support internal supply chain teams with order management functions within SAP (ERP system)

  • Create new orders within SAP to allow new product validation and test. Including end to end management and order cancellation when directed.

  • Create new orders to clear over shipments to customers.

  • Work SAP fallout issues with order deliveries to allow on time shipments to customers.

  • Coordinate returns within hp’s consolidation center in response to customer cancellation.

  • Manipulate order backlog within SAP to support changes with material supply.

  • Update material master data to reflect product obsolescence.




QUALIFICATIONS:



First level university degree required.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Natural ability to solve problems, identify solutions and initiate resolution.

Good Interpersonal skills

Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)

Basic understanding of Project Management Methodology
