• Primarily responsible to provide leadership to the account operations team and the delivery towers teams with a strong focus on driving Service Delivery excellence and continually improving customer satisfaction and account profitability.
• The Site Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all Managed Services activities for the assigned site(s) across all service towers. This includes Data Center, Network, end user, etc.
• It will also be a key component of the role to evolve our services and ensure we bring in more innovation as well as drive fertilization and upselling together with the Client Manager.
• The role will be measured on: service performance and quality, customer satisfaction, innovation and upselling achievements.
• The key interfaces will be with Customer site IT mgmt. and the other AST members.
