Our client is a multinational law firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It's a member of the "Magic Circle" of leading British law firms, and also one of the ten largest law firms in the world measured both by number of lawyers and revenue.



Fortunately due to continually increasing business, our client is currently in hiring of outstanding professionals to join them. As corporate Associate, you will practice focus on PE, M&A.



As a qualified candidate, you should have 3-5 PQE, practice experience from leading international or local law firms in China or overseas, focused on PE, M&A, passed the PRC bar exam. Excellent English language skills are a must (oral and written). Bachelor degree or above from top tier law school in China, overseas education or working experience a valuable addition but not a must.
