As part of a large multi site team the Facilities Manager will supervise the hard and soft services teams (10) and oversee the contracted vendors for specialist facilities services including essential services for this South West Sydney site. You will ensure delivery of services in line with KPI's and client expectations. There is a high level of reporting and your attention to detail will be vital. Managing a large set of facilities will stretch your coordination skills and challenge your time management ability. Maintaining site based plans, liaising between clients, customers and additional key stake holders will require highly developed written and verbal communication abilities. You will have overall responsibility for OHS and site compliance which will be strongly monitored by the client.
