Our client is a leading residential Builder with a great industry reputation. They have an opening for Operations Manager who will be responsible for the safe delivery of State Building Projects in respect of time, cost and quality benchmarks from commencement to completion. This is an opportunity not to be missed if you have the experience.



The role will cover the whole of NSW which is experiencing the beginning of a long term boom. Reporting directly to the board you will overseeing all construction projects making sure they are delivered on time and within budget. Work with estimates and oversee all tenders. It will be your responsibility to monitor the progress of key stage progresses. Management of staff, sub-contractors and equipment an important aspect of this position!

Being an operation role, you must be able to adhere to business plan standards, and make amendments to existing projects if required.



You will have the minimum of 8 years experience in the Residential Construction market. Project Homes, Medium density development, integrated housing and land sales all of benefit for this role. Impeccable communication, organisational and managerial skills as well as being computer literate are essential.
