As the Sales Manager-Ethic Foods you will lead and mentor a team of 8 direct You will oversee all ethnic retail trade with a view to national expansion. You will also be responsible for ensuring all agreed sales targets are delivered as well as developing new business opportunities.

As the ideal candidate you will possess



Chinese Speaking non-negotiable

5+ years sales experience in the food industry;

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Proven negotiation, time management and organisational skills;

Relationship-based approach to sales and team mentoring/management

Effective problem solving skills with the capability of developing solutions to increase efficiency & improve service delivery to customers;

Proficient at using computers and the required applications;

Numerical and trade maths confident;

Articulate, personable and friendly
