Job Description



A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:



Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.



Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.



Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.



Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.



Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.



Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.



• Experience working as a Strategist to design and define Operating Model and Business Architecture

• Expert understanding of how digital technologies/products can be leveraged to enable strategic outcomes

• Understanding of Digital Industry threats and general marketplace and designing transformation to leverage digital technology for a client

• Ideally 3-5 years’ experience within digital industry

• Solid experience in a consulting side environment

• Ability to travel for work regularly

• Solid business strategy, and/or operating model experience

• Experience working at a consulting firm or equivalent in an internal consulting role

• Master of Business Administration or the equivalent graduate degree

• Proven track record in client relationship development

Preferred Skill Requirements at Manager and Senior Manager level



• Experience serving as the strategic architect for large transformational programs

• Experience selling and delivering multi-functional strategy programs to C-Suite and Business Unit leaders and translating the resulting recommendations into a successful “Phase 2” design and execution program

• Active roles in a proposal/business development activities

• Solid people development and practice development skills
