Key Qualifications




  • Exceptional sales, consulting and communication skills as well as the ability to work with developers and solutions providers.

  • Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated training ability - skilled at managing small to large audiences and facilitating experiential learning activities.

  • Exceptional presentation, classroom delivery, and facilitation skills.

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, embrace change enthusiastically, while working on multiple projects

  • Minimum of at least 7 years of combined sales experience and sales training experience in Enterprise IT.

  • Outside sales or Sales Engineers preferred, inside sales acceptable.

  • Teaching/Instructor/IT Industry Certification preferred.

  • Understand basic security, network, virtualization, and exchange server concepts.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective and engaging presentation skills.

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the Apple brand.

  • English-speaking ability a plus, but not required.




Description



● The Enterprise Trainer will execute the following responsibilities to achieve objectives:

- Takes part in needs assessment, evaluation, and continual improvement of Enterprise training programs

- Prepares for training delivery, including the method, media, and documentation to be presented

- Facilitate both formal classroom and informal in-store training sessions

- Conducts follow-up to determine applicability of course material

- Contribute and work on new training & development projects



● Responsible for delivering Enterprise product and sales training to Enterprise sale partners including:

- iPad, iPhone and Mac product training workshops

- Apple Solution/Segment Specific workshops

- Other ad-hoc workshops



● Collaborate with Apple Sales Training and Enterprise Sales colleagues to continuously refine and improve Enterprise sales training



● Leverage resources of cross functional teams to effectively manage customer expectation



● Other responsibilities will be assigned as require
