Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hays Talent Solutions Team onsite for one of our major clients in Singapore. We are currently looking for two Recruitment Co-ordinators to join this highly successful team onsite.


Working on a client site offers a unique insight into the environment and culture of the organisation. As your relationship with the client grows you will have the opportunity to work with the client's stakeholders to suggest and implement service improvements and expansions. Taking a key interest in the client, understanding their operational challenges and emerging yourself in their corporate culture and values will make you a subject matter expert and valued team member both to Hays and the client.




The key requirement of this Recruitment Coordinator position is to provide the recruitment team with support and resource that will help the onsite team achieve the targets set by the client agreement. You will be involved in a variety of admin functions to support the recruitment process working closely with a team both on-site and off-site.




This role will have you act as the recruitment support and have you updating job activity and system maintenance including clean-up projects and data cleansing.




The position will have you generating contracts which requires high attention to detail, coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers and Suppliers, and administering survey responses from Hiring Managers, candidates and Suppliers. In addition to this you will carry out research on behalf of the recruitment team, i.e. salary benchmarking exercises, and will be responsible for producing monthly and quarterly management information for the Client.




You will ideally have proven experience of working in a recruitment environment including previous experience in running reports and providing management information to clients. You will be confident and skilled in using Microsoft office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and will be able to strictly adhere to data security processes.




This role will require you to have strong communication skills; both written and verbal, with an eye for accurate data entry and ability to work in a pressurised environment.

The successful incumbent will have previous administration experience from within a recruitment environment an advantage but not essential however you will have strong attention to detail. You will be a team player with strong communication and organisation skills and ability to multi-task. You will be PC literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
