A top-tier global bank providing a wide range of products and services to their clients throughout the Asia Pacific region, including commercial, private and investment banking services is looking to hire an Assistant Finance Regulatory Manager to manage and support all financial regulatory reporting duties.



You will be primarily responsible of preparing all HKMA returns and surveys required for the bank, including reporting for all HK branches across all business lines (Private Bank, Commercial Bank and Global Markets). You will also complete daily liquidity and government surveys. Additionally, you will assist in all regulatory projects, including implementation and testing of new systems.



To be a qualified candidate, you must be a qualified accountant with a degree in accounting or equivalent. You must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on HKMA preparation experience acquired from financial institutions / banks, and possess strong Microsoft Excel skills. Candidates from Big 4 background with HKMA review experience will be considered as well. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
