Our client a Legal Global Organisation based in Belfast are hiring outstanding Commercial Lawyers to join their In- sourcing Team. This position is with our client's In-sourcing team. Candidate

Requirements:



The ideal candidate will have:



*Excellent academic and law firm credentials



*In-house experience preferred



*2 years PQE of strong commercial experience, ideally in procurement, outsourcing and technology.



* Experience will cover drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of complex contracts which may include: services and consulting agreements, licensing agreements, content agreements, software development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLA agreements, e-commerce agreements, mobile content licensing agreements and/or mobile and gaming devices licensing agreements.



*A passion for providing unparalleled client service



*An innovative approach to legal issues in support of strategic business initiatives and objectives



*A high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement



Salary:
