Regional Marketing Manager



A leading life insurer headquartered in Asia is looking for a regional marketing manager for its Southeast headquarters in Singapore.



Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will provide each business unit in Southeast Asia with support on market research, insurance product analysis as well as the formulation of channel and product strategies. You will also monitor and establish channel management systems based on your strategies.



To be considered for this role, you will have at least 5 years of relevant marketing or business development experience in planning channel & product strategy in a life insurance company. You will also have knowledge of laws and regulations relating to the life insurance business in Singapore. To be successful in this role, you will have strong understanding of the earnings structure of channels & products as well as familiarity with the remuneration structure of insurance intermediaries. Your experience working in regional headquarters in Singapore as well as knowledge of the marketing landscape for life insurance in Southeast Asia will be a competitive advantage.
