As a result they are looking for an energetic connected individual who can understand user requirements and translate these into product features.



The successful candidate will have the passion and ability to improve and promote the product as we experience further growth.

The ideal candidate would have the following traits:

* Passion for software applications and online solutions

* Great attention to detail and a commitment to follow things through

* Self-starter with initiative and problem solving skills

* Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* A back ground in education, software development, digital learning or an online environment

⢠Experience in working in an agile software development environment and collaborating with software developers is an advantage

Key Tasks:

⢠User testing of new features and releases from a customer experience viewpoint

⢠Collaborate with our Senior Developer and Head of Department to help plan and monitor developments

⢠Acting as the business expert to the Development and Marketing team to represent the users in discussions within the team and with regard to features and releases

⢠Involved with the design of solutions to be created by the Development Team, lending your experience and awareness to best practice in the business to help produce systems that are ideal for users

⢠Respond to user queries regarding the product

⢠Suggest new features and product enhancements to the Management Team

⢠Manage content creation programmes including sourcing contributors, reviewing content and publishing

⢠Create blogs, guides and announcements about new product features and releases

⢠Raise âissuesâ on any bugs on existing systems
