An exciting opportunity to join a global leading organisation An exciting job opportunity to join a global leader within integrated facilities management services as Bid Designer/Writer in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Working within the Business development team you will lead, develop and monitor the document production activity for the business development function. Your primary responsibility is to produce all required tender documentation in accordance with customer requirements and corporate guidelines. The role includes -



Line management of bid production resources

Analysis of tender requirements and lead-time mgt

Production of compliant and creative documentation

Integration with sales and operational staff to produce the optimum tender solutions in a customer orientated responses

Production of progress reports to the Director of Sales

Responsible for two direct reports

Due to the nature of the role candidates will have to have a proven background in leading a team, bid writing and tendering for complex contracts. A background in facilities management will be a distinct advantage.
