The position of Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious and technology focused graduate or candidate with a few years’ experience. You will be responsible for selling contractual technology services and new business or up-selling within pre-defined accounts. You will develop customer proposals from a tailored strategy with solutions to meet the needs of the customer. The position requires for you to understand solidly the services value proposition and how customers assign services contracts.



Responsibilities:



• Sales of HP EG solutions to named clients

• Actively discover solutions sales opportunities at the client (in close cooperation with the account manager and/or presales specialists and/or channel partners).

• Establish a professional and consultative relationship with the client

• Develop a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.

• Pipeline and funnel management.



Scope and Impact:



• Participates in general sales strategy; defines specific sales plans with manager.

• Independently sells a specific product/solution.

• May work with and leverage external partners to deliver sale.

• May interface with any level in customer organization; focused mainly on specialist buyers, e.g. IT.

• Position has a sales quota





Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:



University or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Typically 3-5 years of selling or account management experience.

Knowledge and Skills Required:



Some knowledge about IT product, service, software or solution and differentiators between own offerings and what competitor's offerings is preferred.

Solid communication and presentation skills in both Finnish and English.
