Bayer seeks high energy leaders ready to help shape the future by confronting new challenges, embracing new experiences and taking on increasing responsibilities. Bayer’s International FACT Trainee program offers a cross functional approach to career development and progression for high potential individuals. This will be achieved through an 24 month rotational program designed to broaden your exposure and competencies as necessary to have a successful career within Bayer. Assignments will be in several of the following areas of our FACT community (Finance, Accounting, Audit, Controlling, and Tax). Following the Trainee rotational program, the expectation would be to be placed into an area that aligns with your background, interests as and business need.
ROLE:
- Challenging tasks with increasing responsibility in several FACT related departments and possibly Business Consulting to ensure a deep understanding of Bayer’s financial processes and procedures and to gain as much knowledge as possible in the various parts of the organization.
- The ability to establish performance goals with upper management, educate yourself in company policies that effect the business and monitor your progress with key trainers and senior management.
- Opportunities to observe and work with experienced senior level staff to gain knowledge about procedures, methods and standards that are required for performing successfully within the FACT community.
- A foundation for effective networking and long term relationships within the International Bayer FACT community.
- An opportunity to obtain an overview of the different areas of the FACT community in order to foster the understanding and collaboration between departments necessary to successfully function in a leadership capacity in the future.
