A distinguished career move for a Commercial Lawyer who has ideally 5 to 7 years PQE offering Commercial expertise with a proven track record supporting Public Sector clients across a range of matters.



Here is an opportunity to join this well known and respected Firm in Canberra who have a requirement within their Commercial Practice who support in-house teams across the Federal Public Service. Such advice includes ACT Property and Construction, therefore, skills in this space is advantageous.



With your ability to combine your commercial law experience with your strengths in a client facing and consultative advisory role, you will directly add value to the delivery of the client's requirements. You will bring a proven track record as a collaborative and technically strong Senior Lawyer who is considered, articulate and builds rapport and credibility for long term relationship interests.



You will have the knowledge and expertise to advise on complex matters, you will work on a range of specialist legal activities such as drafting the provision of legal advice on improvements, obligations and practices under the APS Procurement Rules in line with legislation such as the Public Service Act. You will manage matters around the implementation of new ICT systems, machinery of Government amalgamations, confidentiality implications and even change management support.
