A developing municipality, based close to public transport, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team to deliver large capital infrastructure projects within their community.



Reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure you will be directly responsible for the successful delivery of capital works and a various major projects from concept to completion. This will involve managing all stages of the projects from community consultation, stakeholder engagement, liaison with consultants, tendering, reviewing and driving ESD and ultimately delivering projects within time and budget.



To be successful you will be a driven and committed Senior Project Manager with extensive client side project management experience within built form projects. Ideally you will have highly developed communication skills and strong knowledge of administering building contracts. A tertiary qualification in architecture, engineering, construction or project management is required.
