Program Manager, WW Apple Direct Fulfillment Operations

We are seeking a business analyst to work within our Worldwide Apple Direct Fulfillment Operations team. This role will work closely with related program managers in our Apple Retail Online and Stores as well as other functions within Apple to deliver key capabilities to help Apple scale to meet future Direct Fulfillment needs.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 6, but prefer 9 years experience of driving successful large-scale global programs on time and consistently with successful results focused in the operations fulfillment area.
• Subject matter expertise in logistics, fulfillment strategies within E-commerce or Retail is essential.
• Experience working on projects with teams based outside the US including international engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams with or without direct reports; natural leader and motivator, lead through influence.

Description

This role requires deep understanding of fulfillment operations throughout the supply chain. Requires an individual to think strategically as well as being comfortable in the details of the deliverables. To be successful you must be self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment and consummate team player capable of working with cross functional teams to identify improvements and deliver capabilities that will exceed our customers expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and lead the Online Delivery Strategy within Operations for all Apple Online Store countries focusing on logistics and supply chain capabilities to enhance the customer’s delivery experience. The ideal candidate will be able to shape future capability roadmaps, working cross functionally with teams both inside and outside of Operations e.g. Finance, Online and Stores, to build business cases and proposals and measure/ report on success.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.

Additional Requirements

Min. of 6-9 years logistics, supply chain, fulfillment operations experience with e- commerce and/or Retail highly preferred.
Consulting background experience is helpful.
