My client is a large public sector organisation who has a number of businesses across the Southside of Brisbane. They are looking for a suitable candidate who can cover holiday leave in the coming months. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to have the contract extended or being offered another contract at another office.
The role will consist of various admin duties from scanning, filing, photocopying to speaking with customers and updating their details and ensuring the relevant documentation is provided.
Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential as you will also be responsible for covering Reception duties and liaising with senior managers.
The ideal candidate will already hold a blue card and recent police check or be eligible for them to be completed.
