Currently seeking an experienced Chris 21 Payroll Team Leader. This is a permanent position based in the heart of the CBD. In order to be considered for this role you must have a proven track record within high volume payroll and as team leader who has driven process improvement.



You must be able to managing internal and external relationships, coach and develop the 5 direct reports, ensure that the team are operating effectively, deal with any escalated queries and as mentioned drive change to improve efficiency, control and accuracy.



You must have excellent working knowledge of Chris 21 and advanced Excel skills. Outstanding communication is a critical requirement for this position and you must have an extremely good understanding of payroll legislation and payroll tax.
