As Senior Associate you will work closely with a renowned team of partners and have regular contact with blue chip clients including leading financiers, borrowers, issuers, originators and services. You will offer advice on a wide scope of work including complex finance transactions, project finance, corporate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, asset finance and leasing, capital markets, real estate finance and securitisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global firm within which your 2+ years PAE experience in banking and finance will see you handling your own matters. You will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, research and drafting skills - to contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice.
