Our client is a national construction company based in the Western Suburbs. Due to a period continued growth they are currently looking to add an experienced Service Desk Analyst to their team. This is a part time position working 4 days per week.

In this customer service driven role you will act as the first point of contact for end user queries. The ideal candidate will be confident providing Level 1/2 support over the phone and in person. You will be required to ownership of customer queries and ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

To be successful in the role you will be required to build effective relationships with customers and have well developed communication skills. Technically you will have strong troubleshooting skills and be experienced with Win 7, AD, Exchange and MS Office.
