The client is a well established home builder located on the North shore, a very successful franchise, due to its stellar reputation within the industry they have found themselves with the requirement for a senior ArchiCAD technician. They have a demanding workload at present and they need a skilled senior design LBP to help drive the practice forward.

The ideal candidate will be a registered design practitioner to level 2 or 3 and have experience in a similar role in the residential sector. A proven track record for delivering projects from initial concept stage through to completion is crucial as is a proficient knowledge of ArchiCAD. You must also be comfortable with NZ building code 3604/C1/AS1, Council Planning requirements and BIM servers.

This role would be perfect for someone with 5 + years NZ experience who has an eye for detail and proven time and people management skills. The office is as fast pace as the industry is so you will need to be able to work quick and effectively, this is a great chance to join a motivated team and work towards achievable goals.
