My client is globally recognised for their strong presence in the men's and women's premium ready to wear designs and have established themselves as a market leader in all luxury corporate looks and accessories. Currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to be responsible for the Melbourne CBD Flagship Boutique, this is a rare opportunity not to be missed.
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in leading and managing a Flagship CBD store and team. You will do this through extensive coaching and development and providing appropriate training opportunities. Key accountabilities include consistent monitoring of all financials and K.P.I's, and also taking appropriate measures to uphold and go beyond all expectations. Consistent communication and feedback on each employee's performance with the National Retail Manager and Boutique Manager is also a key element to the role.
To be considered for this position you must have proven extensive experience in managing stores, specifically in the high-end, luxury goods environment. You will have key skills in implementing and executing sales and growth strategies as well as a background in managing and exceeding budgets and sales targets. Exceptional time management, communication and motivational skills are essential.
