Hays are currently recruiting for a CRA/SCRA to work on site with a reputable pharmaceutical organisation based in either Sydney or Melbourne. You will be working with the sponsor across a range of different therapeutic areas within different phases and have access to training and development from both organisations.

Within this role you will be responsible for the management of sites and monitoring visits. You will ensure the compliance with ICH GCP and be a mentor to other CRA's within the organisation. As you will be working across a range of phases you will be also required to assist on study start ups with ethic submissions and budget negotiations.

To be shortlisted for this role you will need to have a Bachelor degree in a health/science related field or a background in life sciences with previous experience independent monitoring within a CRO or Pharma company in Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRA to work with directly the sponsor and continue your professional development within clinical research.
