Our client, an international retail group with rapid growth in the Asian market is now looking for a CFO-COO.
You will act as a business partner for local Country Manager (China, HK…) on all financial, administration and legal aspects. You will propose and implement proper strategy and approach to make the company reach its business goals. Manage and build local teams (finance, HR, IT, logistic…). Stock level management. Monitor Receivables and unpaid. Cash Management: monthly cash forecast, anticipate group financing needs, bank coordination…
Production of Group monthly Reporting and Budget for Asia Zone. You will look for solution to implement our own warehousing vs. external supplier. You will be in charge of internal control and manage relationship with the lawyers.
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in high powered international financial positions for consumer goods (the position is open to high potential young executives). Previous work experience in ASIA required (HK, China, and/or Singapore). Experience in retail is a plus. Big four experience required. Hand's on, willing to do current tasks yourself in the position when necessary. Entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to make a big impact in the company you are working with. Straightforward, well balanced, efficient, business focused. Good multi-cultural team management skills. High level of education (MBA or equivalent) and you are used to work in English, French speaker.
