This is a great opportunity for an Administrator to gain experience within a reputable organisation. You will provide secretarial/administrative support to the broader team support the Executive Assistant when required. Position objectives are to provide quality and timely administration, operational support and services that continuously add value to the team.
Your main responsibilities will include; booking and management of team travel, timely and accurate co-ordination of internal & external appointments and meetings (also involves booking boardroom lunches when required), assist with collating & compiling of reports and presentations (with focus on Research and Distribution teams), assist with filing, running business related errands when required , assisting distribution team with maintaining data integrity in CRM (team database), log maintenance calls (ad hoc/when required) and assisting with day to day operations of the office, processing invoices, ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies, assist EA with organising team events & activities, build and maintain professional relationships across internal and external business partners and any other ad hoc administrative duties.
To be considered, you will demonstrate exceptional communication, time management and problem solving skills coupled with a team oriented attitude, initiative and attention to detail. Essentially, first class interpersonal skills and the ability to foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders is paramount. Someone who is bubbly, down-to-earth and with a great sense of humour will fit in! They are ideally seeking candidates with 1 - 2 years office experience who are Business College graduates or, applicants who have obtained business or administration certificates or similar with some experience in an administrative/support capacity.
Intermediate - Advanced PC literacy across the MS Office suite is essential.
Typing speed: 40WPM with high accuracy
