We are currently looking for an experienced operational HR Advisor for a newly created role located in Adelaide's Northern Suburbs.



As a true generalist, you will provide expert advice and guidance to a intellect dynamic workforce across Australia.

Reporting into the Head of HR and partnering with employees and management you will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the generalist functions, including performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, retention, change management and strategic HR projects.



As the new point of contact for the HR function, you will work in a friendly and co-operative environment with a high level of professionalism and supreme quality in delivery. HR Best Practice as well as providing excellence to external customers in non-negotiable.



As the successful candidate you will have solid experience in a Generalist role and be comfortable working with management in helping them manage their people challenges. You will have a solid understanding in all aspects of HR and exposure to change management in a large and complex environment.

You will have excellent negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.

Formal qualifications in a HR related discipline along with current experience in a commercial environment are also key requirements on the selection criteria.

It is essential for the successful applicant to have PR status due to clearance.
