Our elite client is looking to recruit a Banking Litigation lawyer to join its successful Bristol based Banking Litigation team. The department has grown in numbers steadily throughout the past 2 years and continued growth is expected. As an industry recognised team, our client is one of the few teams outside the city of London who specialise in contentious work for banks and mortgage lenders.



Working with key clients in the financial services sector, you will be experienced in managing your own caseload of banking and mortgage litigation matters, including defended and sensitive reputational cases, fraud, breach of contract, Law of Property Act receivership advice and financial disputes.
