Our client is one of leading commodity trading company in the world. They are looking for a Senior Chartering Executive, Handy and Supramax for Asia business to be based in Singapore.





You will report to the head of Freight trading and you will be responsible to:

* Charter vessels and cargo in/out to cover existing shipping requirements

* Pursue 3rd party business opportunities complimentary to our trading flows

* Ensure close coordination with logistics and operations teams on voyage execution

* Price physical forward business

* Daily contact with brokers and freight team across the world



Requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 yrs working experience in dry-bulk freight trading/chartering

* Work independently as well as within team oriented, collaborative environment

* Effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

* Clear understanding of Risk and Risk related measures
