Our client is the leading builder in the high rise apartment sector. Over the last 10 years they have been involved in most major buildings across different states. Due to an increased workload nationwide they are now looking for a senior contract administrator to join the team and work on some of Melbournes iconic projects.

As a contract administrator you will be based on site overseeing the vetting and letting of contracts and coordination of trades. Solid experience on stand alone projects, managing variations, EOTs, progress claims and RFIs. Excellent communication, negotiation and people skills are imperative to be a success in this role.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in the apartment sector who is looking to build on their career with a progressive and innovative business.

The company are well known throughout the construction industry as being the builder of choice for many high profile clients and can demonstrate a clear path to further your career.
