Our client is a global leading pharmaceutical company with its own research and development teams. As a result of their recent business expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Medical Director to provide leadership for all the company's medical activities.



Reporting to General Manager. As part of the Senior Leadership Team you will have responsibility for the Medical Affairs department incorporating medical marketing, medical information, the pharmacovigilance process and clinical research and quality in the Hong Kong market. Working closely with regulatory affairs. This position would suit a strategic and commercially minded individual who wants to create an efficient and effective structure taking the already established and high performing team to the next stage of development.



To be successful in this role we are seeking a medical doctor (MBBS qualified or equivalent) with strong industry experience in medical affairs in the pharma industry. You will have a proven track record in the leading and developing of medical teams and display essential commercial and strategic capabilities. We are looking for a credible individual within the pharma industry that will make an impact, focus on delivery and drive the success of the Medical department. Oncology experience is highly regarded. You will display excellent interpersonal skills and be confident, with the ability to gain respect and influence to build lasting relationships with KOLs.
