This well established and reputable not-for-profit organisation is a leader in the field of aged and community care to clients within Queensland.



To allow them to continue to provide this high level of service, the business requires an experienced Residential Unit Manager to provide leadership, management and assist with the advancement of the organisation.



This role will see you focusing on all aspects of flexible and responsive management and clinical leadership. Extensive knowledge of quality improvement, clinical advice and aged care in a residential situation is essential. Prior experience in managing large aged care organisations of over 100 clients and a current clinical registration will be highly advantageous. The primary skills to guarantee your success in this role will be your strong people management skills coupled with a good strength of character and will be someone who can assist the organisation through a period of change. Candidates who are immediately available will be highly regarded for the role.



You will be offered an excellent salary of $95-120,000 per annum depending upon experience, as well as attractive salary packaging options subject to your preferences.
