As the building industry continues to reach record amounts of work across the NSW region, a skills shortage is quickly emerging within the high rise residential sector. This particular builder is an iconic NSW brand name who has multiple sites across the Sydney region all valued at $70 Million and UP! They have been in operation for over 25 years now and are going from strength to strength, with multiple projects lined up to start for early 2015. They are currently in the market for TWO experienced structures foreperson to start work on a CBD or Inner West based project immediately.



These positions are based on a long term contract basis, therefore you will be paid for ALL of the hours your work. You do not need a PTY, ABN or Sole Trader to work on a contract basis through Hays. To discuss the benefits of contracting please contact me for a confidential discussion.



To be successful in your application.. You will be a structures expert, with a least three high rise residential projects under your belt. You will need to have specifically looked after the structure and be passionate about staying within this sector. You will need to be meticulous in your approach, hard working and have the ability to drive and motivate your team. WHS will be at the forefront of your mind at all times. You will be fully supported by an experienced site team and have the overall management of a renowned site manager.



The company have chosen to recruit this role on a contract basis which means the successful candidate will have to be immediately available for work. There is the option of potentially going permanent after 12 weeks but otherwise the company are more then happy to continue on a contract basis. The original requirement will be for 15 weeks and will look at starting ASAP.



There is an excellent hourly rate on offer and an opportunity to work on a flagship project with a renowned builder.
