Our client is one of the most well known retail company in the fashion / accessories industry. A vacancy for a Retail Operations Manager is opened in the Singapore office due to expansion plans.



As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations team to ensure P&L, product and operational standards meet the corporate expectations.



This role requires you to manage all retail stores in the domestic market, which amounts to over 30 outlets. You will lead a team of Area Managers and Store Managers to constantly improve operation standards and processes to increase the customer service and maximising profitability for the company.



As a leader, you will implement and improvise on staff commissions and incentives to motivate a pro-active environment for your sales team and ensure work place efficiency.



Ideally you will come from the retail / fashion sector, with at least 7 years of experience as a Retail Operations Manager.
