Highly successful corporate organisation based in Sydney CBD, is currently looking to appoint a new member to the HR team. This is a growing business which supports commercial and public sector clients across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the National HR Manager and supporting a client group circa 500, you will be a Senior HR Advisor with aspiration to take the next step to business partner level.



This is a true HR Generalist position with a coaching and business partnering focus which will include: end to end recruitment and talent management; employee relations and coaching business leaders through disciplinaries and grievances; remuneration & benefit reviews and advice; HR policy and procedure development; training and onboarding of staff; HR reporting and analysis. Stakeholders will include Head of departments, Directors as well as off site managers and board members.



You will be a highly professional and corporate focused HR professional who has a proven track record in business partnering and/or coaching senior leaders. Whilst understanding HR strategy and be able to contribute towards project work.This is not a senior management or senior business partnering position. You will be an experienced Senior HR advisor or Junior HR Business Partner as this role is working in a small team and is not a management role.
