A great opportunity to provide leadership for a team of 8 staff in a Community Planned Activity Group for Aged Clients.



This organisation is looking for a calm and measured personality who exudes common sense to provide day to day facility management and oversee the Community Program.



As an experienced program coordinator you will demonstrate an ability to lead staff by example providing stability and guidance for your team. You will possess excellent people management skills and have an ability to communicate clearly. An understanding of Dementia Care would be an advantage along with experience of Facility Management.



Your positive approach and ability to relate confidently with management staff while leading by example will see you be successful in this role.



This is a full time temporary role in the Inner Northern Suburbs of Melbourne covering Maternity Leave for a period of at least 2 months.
