This family operated progressive organisation, which has been operating successfully within Adelaide for over 50 year, and has gone from strength to strength becoming the market leader within their industry.
Due to the business operation growing, there is a position becoming available for a part time sales administrator, to be the nucleus of their business and support the organisation through their periods of peak, and also grow with the company as it develops beyond its National business and grows its importing division thus growing on an International Arena.
The day to day duties of this role will involve; managing first impressions, answering all incoming calls, answering any sales enquiries and attending to them in a professional manner, supply all details to new customer regarding the product range and prices, processing orders by phone, email, fax (within MYOB), preparing consignment notes, arranging appointments for sales team, maintaining database and updating customer records aswell as organising mail outs and sales promotions.
You will have a willingness to learn and adapt, an ability to up sell and develop client relationships, and always display a proactive approach and "can do" attitude. Your fantastic communication skills and ability to work accurately with great attention to detail is imminent to your success within this role. Your prior experience within Sales Administration will be highly desirable, as will experience with dealing with major toy retailers in the Australian Market.
