An exciting opportunity has arisen within a small accountancy company for a bright, bubbly Receptionist to join their team in the CBD.



You are an experienced, well presented, highly organised receptionist. You will be meeting and greeting all clients, so a high level of presentation and customer service is required. You will be responsible for answering the phone, booking meeting rooms, ensuring reception is kept clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels and ordering stationery, organising couriers whilst also providing support to the 2 Directors with the overflow of their work.



Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 2010 is required.



As you are front of house reception, it is important you leave all clients with a positive lasting impression of the company, so a vibrant and energetic personality and immaculate presentation is key.



You must be an Australian Resident to apply for this position.
