Audience Campaign Collateral Manager
San Francisco Bay Area, US - Computer & Network Security, Computer Hardware, Computer Networking
This individual is primarily responsible for supporting the global audience and campaigns groups in content tracking, and collateral development processes as they relate to campaigns, audience newsletters and communities; as well as providing resource material (e.g. HP videos, podcasts, webinars, etc.) to be adapted as relevant content for each audience. Responsibilities:
COLLATERAL
- Primary interface with the centralized service organization (MSS) to facilitate layout and publication of all SW collateral
- Track all projects assigned to vendors/MSS
- Budget for all collateral developed for campaigns (Global)
- Communicate all collateral due to expire (3-month cadence), new collateral (monthly), broken links (weekly) and usage of all SW collateral
EDITORIAL
- Prepare and participate in editorial meetings to help drive quarterly content planning across SW Marketing. Themes support overall HP SW product pillars, announcements, customer issues/pain points, industry events and digital campaigns
- Recommend, source and adapt, as required, case studies and other content types for use in campaigns, and audience communities
- Identify content for campaign offers/calls to action, and tracking URLs for use across SW Marketing

Qualifications
Experience and Education Desired:
- Approximately 2-4 years work experience
- Practical experience with common software development methodologies and tools (IDEs, defect tracking systems, build tools, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, Master’s preferred
- Experience in large corporate environment is a plus
- Sirius Decisions certification, a plus
- Eloqua / Marketo experience, a plus

- Demonstrates ability to work as a contributing team member for large complex projects
- Keeps current with trends and able to understand issues and challenges

Summary:
The successful candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and the ability to successfully navigate within and outside of the organization with equal ease and effectiveness. Must also able to communicate effectively with all levels of management from executive to individual contributors. Minimal travel is required and depends on the individual’s personal goals.
