Portfolio Compliance Officer

A market leading Asset Management firm require a Portfolio Compliance to join their business. The company are a UK firm with a global footprint. The company invest across multi assets and use the Charles River monitoring programme.



The role sits in their Portfolio Compliance team, who are responsible for ensuring the investment mandates are managed in accordance with their investment guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include;



* Ensuring that investment guidelines are effectively monitored either using Charles River or alternative processes.

* Assisting with the coding and review of investment restrictions in Charles River.

* Updating data within Charles River used to monitor guidelines.

* Provide advice on the validity of pre-trade alerts. In conjunction with the Compliance Teams globally, advise Fund Managers on the permissibility of investments generally.

* Undertaking the daily batch portfolio compliance monitoring process.

* Resolving client third party administrator and custodian queries regarding potential breaches.

* Providing periodic client portfolio compliance statements in a timely fashion to client service teams
