Compliance Manager - Regulatory Change Asset Management

A market leading global Asset Management firm requires a regulatory change specialist with experience in Asset management to join its compliance team. The role has a global remit and will report in to the Senior Compliance Manager who is a regulatory Change specialist.



The role is located in the heart of London's West End, where this company has been located for many years. The firm have a proud tradition of excellent customer service. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to global regulatory change issues, and delivering training alongside a very well regarded management team.



Your main responsibilities will include;



Assisting line management in its prime responsibility for complying with all relevant regulations, including the provision of the necessary advice and guidance so that it can ensure that appropriate operating procedures and controls are in place and are adequately defined to enable business areas to conduct their business within the applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations, in accordance with Group Compliance Policy.

Under instruction from the Head of Regulatory Compliance, assist line management in resolving or, as the case may be helping to resolve any Compliance problems

Reporting significant issues to Senior Management both in the business and compliance.
