Microsoft CRM Dynamics Lead - GCM5

Base location: Cardiff or Nottingham
Working within the Systems Integration, Applications Management area the main aim of this role is to establish and successfully manage a Microsoft Dynamics Team with the goal to provide project work capabilities and deliver applications support services. The team will work with other specialised groups within Atos providing end to end support resulting in an integrated service to the client.
The group specialises in incident management and problem resolution for our clients who have chosen to utilise a CRM product and have partnered with Atos to provide a support service.
The team work within a pressured and service level driven environment that is both challenging and rewarding and provides opportunities to work across many platforms.
Responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
- Team management.
- Have direct responsibility for the development and management oversight of MSD Applications.
- Have overall management of the delivery of MSD to the end client.
- Management of transition projects for the take-on of support services.
- Proactively monitoring and managing Microsoft CRM Dynamics Applications.
- Resolution of incidents raised by customer within agreed SLAs.
- Development of estimates for development/requested changes work.
- Provision of development/enhancement services to supported customers.
- Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing and production.
- Attendance, when necessary, at customer meetings providing updates and presenting technical information to clients as required.
- To gain an understanding of the underlying business processes sufficient to provide expert advice to users in the use of Dynamics CRM applications.
- Participation in on-call rota for out of hours support (including weekends and evenings).

- Security vetting clearable to SC level required.
- Participation in “early” / “late” rota
- The core business hours are 08:00 to 18:00 with out of hours working also required in addition to on-call provision
- Regular Travel will be required to client site throughout the UK and occasionally abroad.

Job Requirements
Essential
- You will be required to undertake and successfully gain SC level security clearance
- Willing to work out of hours and as part of on-call rota participation (Rotating between early and late shifts)
- Willing to travel as required by the business
- Demonstrable working experience of Dynamics CRM, including experience of Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 both technical and functional experience required
- Demonstrable successful experience managing small teams of individuals (c. 5 people)
- Experience in a consulting role, managing, supporting, developing and administering CRM solutions
- Demonstrable knowledge of .NET C#, ASP.NET, Custom ASPX pages and XML plug-ins, JavaScript, workflows, callouts, interface customisations and application extensions including bespoke applications.
- Demonstrable understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, Windows Operating Systems and familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint 2010.
- Demonstrable understanding of good coding practices and of unit testing own code and work
- Understanding of development life cycle (Waterfall and/or Agile) management methodology
- Experience of producing high quality Technical Documentation.
- Experience of developing and deploying web service based solutions
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience of managing client / stakeholder engagement.
- Experience and be comfortable working with business stakeholders on the gathering of requirements, testing, and presentation of features to focus groups
- Ability to provide mentoring of Dynamics to support staff to ensure best working practices for CRM.
Desirable
- Any other structured or Object Oriented programming language
- Transact-SQL development for MS SQL Server
- HTML5
- Experience of integration technologies including Scribe and Biztalk
